The Prize of laziness

They sleep and snore,
The bell rings,
They yawn and say,
A missed call,
Who cares?
The cock crows,
They sleep long and loud,
Cold wind from the south is ignored,
Another dawn will come; they say,
They evade work and ignore studies
Little do they know,
Life is at their feet,
They sow the seeds of despair,
Planning for a bitter future,
The prize of laziness.
